Initial term runs July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. Parties must begin good faith renewal negotiations no later than September 1, 2029, aiming to finalize renewal terms by February 1, 2031. If public education funding changes materially and adversely affect the Academy’s ability to meet standards, tuition may be renegotiated; failing agreement, tuition will increase annually by the greater of 3.0% of the prior year’s MAT or the average MAT increase for the three preceding years.
