The Bays Mountain Park Commission agreed to provide a one-time $5,000 payment to Hawkins County in support of the Laurel Run Creek pedestrian bridge project, subject to repayment if the bridge is not completed within the grant period. This payment is incorporated into the Memorandum of Agreement between Hawkins County and the City of Kingsport.
