The City Manager and City Attorney have interviewed Mr. Wayne Cropp from Baker Donelson law firm in Chattanooga for assistance in the environmental remediation of the former Whirlpool property. Mr. Cropp will lead the City Council in negotiations with TDEC to protect the interests of the City of Cleveland.
