Description

New Glycol Reclamation Facility Agreement with Delta Air Lines for use and occupancy of the existing Glycol Reclamation Facility and ground space to develop a new 3,000 square foot Glycol Recycling Facility. Term is 10 years with one 10-year option, building rent is $31.29 per square foot with 2.5% annual escalation, ground rent at $0.31 per square foot.
