Town of Bruno Awards Overlay Project Contract to Apac Kansas Shears (October 2025)

APAC - Kansas Shears Division has been contracted to complete a Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) overlay project on Highway 77, just south of El Dorado, to Highway 54. They are requesting a Special Event Permit to place a temporary asphalt plant on private property located at the northeast corner of SE Highway 77 and SE 70th St. The laydown yard would be active from October 2025 to October 2026.
