Flint’s Finance Committee advanced a contract with Ace Saginaw Paving Company for up to $2.35 million plus a 10% contingency to resurface multiple major roads in FY26 and FY27. The project will improve key corridors including Richfield Road, Ann Arbor Street, Pershing, Glenwood Avenue, and others.
