Baptist Health South Florida Revenue Bonds consideration

City of South Miami Health Facilities Authority is considering Baptist Health South Florida Revenue Bonds to provide funds to (A) pay or reimburse BAPTIST HEALTH SOUTH FLORIDA, INC. and/or SOUTH MIAMI HOSPITAL, INC. for the costs of acquiring, constructing, remodeling, renovating and equipping certain health care facilities. The bonds are not general obligations of the Authority but limited obligations. The bonds will finance the acquisition, construction, remodeling, renovating, and equipping of health facilities.
