The NYC Housing Development Corporation approved the issuance and sale of up to $220 million in Housing Impact Bonds, 2026 Series A & B. Bond Purchase Agreements with one or more underwriters will be executed, with capped underwriter’s fees. Final underwriter to be designated at transaction closing.
