Alpine Residential plans to purchase 100 Berlin Road to develop a 4-building residential development which will introduce 267 new housing units across 2 residential buildings, as well as approximately 13,000SF of retail in a stand-alone building toward the front of the site at Berlin Road. Construction is expected to begin Q1 of 2026 and complete by Q1 of 2028.
