Description

The Town of Marlborough Planning Board granted Carson Power, on behalf of the Highland 201 Solar project, a one-year extension of its site plan and special use permit approvals for the ground-mounted large-scale solar facility at 206 Milton Turnpike. Under the extension, construction must begin by August 18, 2027 and be completed by 2030 for the site plan and 2028 for the special permit, with all prior conditions remaining in effect.
