Norwin School District will award a 60‑month Category 1 E‑Rate Internet Access Service contract to DQE Communications from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. The 10 Gbps service with three off-campus fiber links will be 50% funded by E‑Rate and will reduce the district’s net monthly cost by $1,375.50.
