Columbia County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-call disaster recovery public assistance consulting services. Services may include technical, administrative, and training support for damage assessment, disaster recovery, project estimation, FEMA force account, document assembly, and federal procurement requirements review, grant procurement, and administration. The services will involve working with federal, state, and local agencies, and require familiarity with FEMA grant programs. Funding is contingent on adherence to GEMA and FEMA guidelines.

Construction components include demolition, a covered deck, heavy timber structural components, an elevator, and replacement of cedar siding, composite decking, skylights, roofing, doors, windows. Interior improvements include updated finishes, audio-visual systems, acoustic treatments, and new kitchen equipment. Exterior work involves demolition, retaining walls, water feature, stormwater management, new sewer lines, utilities, grading, paving, and ADA-compliant parking. Mechanical systems include new HVAC, ductwork, plumbing, gas lines, and fire sprinkler system. Electrical work includes new panelboards, lighting, fire alarm, power distribution, technology infrastructure, security systems, audio-visual components, and site lighting.
