Interlocal Agreement for Wastewater Treatment between cities

Millville City is entering into an interlocal agreement with Hyrum City for wastewater treatment services. Millville will pay a monthly fee of $35.45 per 10,000 gallons of wastewater, as well as an impact fee of $1,992 per ERU for new connections. Millville will also be required to pay a connection buy-in fee of $1,992 per ERU for existing sewer connections. The agreement will remain in effect for a period of twenty (20) years.
