SUMMARY

The Village of Orland Park is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors for the construction of the Centennial Park West Concert Venue. The comprehensive scope of work includes site clearing, earthwork, concrete and asphalt paving, masonry, metals, wood/plastics/composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC), electrical, communications, and electronic safety and security.
