SUMMARY
Provide financial advisory services to support the University's debt issuance, financing strategies, and related short- and long-term borrowing activities. The University is seeking a Supplier to provide proposals for Financial Advisor Services to assist in developing and implementing an effective method of issuing general, limited, and special obligation debt, or notes, bond anticipation notes short-term or long-term indebtedness or other evidences of lawful indebtedness. Responding Suppliers must be pre-approved by the State of Oklahoma State Treasurer to perform these services. Proposals are due by September 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM CDT.
