SUMMARY
The University of Oklahoma-Health Sciences Center is seeking proposals for financial advisory services to support debt issuance, financing strategies, and related short- and long-term borrowing activities. The selected supplier will assist in developing and implementing effective methods of issuing general, limited, and special obligation debt, notes, bond anticipation notes, and other evidences of lawful indebtedness. Responding suppliers must be pre-approved by the State of Oklahoma State Treasurer to perform these services. Proposals are due by September 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM CDT.
