SUMMARY
Work includes constructing Bancroft student housing building, approx 350,000 gross square feet and include approx 1,619 student beds in a residence hall configuration comprising triples, doubles and singles, plus five staff apartments, a dining facility, designed to seat approx 500 people and program space to support student residential living, inclusive of laundry facilities, meeting spaces, offices and additional space for staff and operations.
