SUMMARY
The Town of Winchester/City of Winsted is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design, fabricate, and ship interpretive/wayside panel signs for a downtown interpretive city walk. The project is scalable, and proposals should detail the cost per sign. The signs will be 1/2" thick, 24" x 36" high pressure laminate, mounted on 45-degree-angle metal frames and bases, designed in accordance with National Park Service standards.
