The Town of Sardis is seeking qualifications from engineering firms or individuals to provide services for the implementation of approved FY 2026 CDBG projects. Services include cost estimation, application preparation, and full project engineering through closeout. Proposals will be evaluated based on Qualifications (40 points), Experience (40 points), and Capacity for Performance (20 points).
Prepare project cost estimates for application preparation, provide all engineering services through project closeout, prepare plans and specifications, distribute bid documents, assist in bid opening and prepare bid tabulation, assist in the execution of construction contracts, hold pre-construction conference, perform construction inspection including periodic reports, and approve all payment requests.
