SUMMARY

The Town of Greenwich is soliciting proposals to perform a pavement condition assessment and update of the Town's Pavement Management System, conduct network analysis, generate various management reports and budget scenarios, and perform value engineering analysis. The consultant must provide a turnkey product in Excel format compatible with the Town's asset management software, Lucity, and complete the project within three months.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Experience in delivering roadway condition surveys and incorporating results into the Town's Pavement Management System and historical records, Experience with asset management systems and integrating survey data into same, Philosophy and approach to planning, data collection, and integration with capital budgeting and practical application, Typical turnaround times on condition survey to final PCI report, Approach to condition indexing in light of maintenance techniques such as micro-surfacing, thin overlays, etc., Technical competence in the Pavement Management System, Experience with municipal roadway systems, Staff experience and proximity to Greenwich, CT
