SUMMARY
Sealed bids are requested for the demolition of existing boilers and installation of new boilers, demolition and installation of a new VRF system with DOAS Energy recovery unit, demolition and installation of lighting systems, electrical, architectural, and structural improvements supplemental to HVAC, and commissioning of new HVAC, service water heating, and lighting systems.
