SUMMARY
The County of Shasta, through its Department of Support Services, Purchasing Unit, invites responses to a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide real estate brokerage services to assist with the purchase of real property on an as-needed basis. The selected Broker will work with County departments, including but not limited to County Counsel and County Administration staff, for the purpose of providing commercial real estate services and support to the County. The submission deadline is December 30, 2024, with a notice of interest deadline on December 16, 2024.
