SUMMARY
Navajo County is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for a county-wide parcel remapping project using ESRI's Parcel Fabric for ArcGIS Pro. The project scope includes mapping approximately 93,000 parcels across 4,219 sections within 128 townships, utilizing existing GIS parcels, source documentation (plats, surveys, deeds), and the BLM PLSS dataset for control. The selected vendor will also provide hands-on training for maintaining the parcel fabric. A non-mandatory pre-proposal teleconference is scheduled for June 26, 2024. Proposals are due by July 17, 2024, at 4:00 P.M. local AZ Time. The contract term is one year with four optional one-year renewals.
