SUMMARY

The County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department seeks qualified vendors to enter into Master Agreements (FASMA) to provide facility ancillary services across various County departments. Service categories include abatement and remediation (asbestos, lead, mold, smoke/water damage), consultants (asbestos, occupational hygiene, water quality, lead, parking, mold, ergonomic), general services (duct cleaning, moving/storage, pest control, landscaping, storm drain maintenance, pressure washing, environmental lab, special events, traffic control, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, fencing, electrical, painting, flooring, asphalt, board up), waste and rubbish (e-waste, hazardous/non-hazardous waste, medical waste, rubbish removal, portable toilets, fresh/wastewater treatment, infectious waste, solid/organic waste, dead animal disposal), as-needed temporary custodial services, homeless encampment cleanup services, and OSHA/training services.
