SUMMARY
The County of San Diego Sheriff's Office is seeking quotes from qualified firms to provide an Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and investigative services platform or service to support criminal investigations. The required work includes identity resolution and attribution, data fusion and aggregation from public records, social media, dark web content, breach databases, and infostealer logs, network and relationship visualization, real-time carrier gateway lookup, global telecom correlation, social financial account verification, and specialized tools for identifying victims of human trafficking.
