SUMMARY

The City of Seaside is soliciting sealed bids for the Fort Ord Military Reservation Property Demolition Project Phase 1B. The work involves the decontamination, demolition, removal, and disposal of select structures including portions of a Fire Station (440 sq-ft), an abandoned Fast Food Restaurant (4,000 sq-ft), and multiple parking lots totaling approximately 269,600 sq-ft of asphalt concrete pavement.
