SUMMARY

The City of Meriden is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals (RFP/Q026-20) from licensed architectural and engineering firms to perform a comprehensive facility needs assessment for numerous city buildings. The selected consultant will conduct detailed condition assessments and capital renewal analyses to develop a 15-year long-range plan addressing building deficiencies.
