SUMMARY
The project includes the construction of water treatment plant facility upgrades at the existing Ashland Water Treatment Facility located in Cass County, NE. The improvements will include modifications to the ozone treatment system, new pre-treatment basins capable of 60 MGD, associated residuals handling facilities, and hydraulic improvements for up to 120 MGD.
