SUMMARY

The City of High Point Public Services Department is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of a 5 MG prestressed concrete water storage tank located at the Ward Water Plant (121 N. Pendleton St., High Point, NC). The facility was originally constructed in 1979 and renovated in 1996. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the project site to discuss specifications and MWBE requirements. Contract documents and plans are available through Duncan Parnell for a $140 nonrefundable fee. Bids are due by August 6, 2025, at 2:30 PM and should be submitted to Greg Parret.
