SUMMARY
The City of Fremont is seeking bids for the design and all tools, labor, and materials necessary to complete the installation of 2025 WWTP Non-Potable Improvements at the wastewater treatment plant in Fremont, Nebraska. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk in the City Building, 400 East Military Avenue, until 2:00 p.m. on June 12, 2025. Contractors must obtain plans, specifications, and contract documents from the Office of the City Engineer to be qualified to bid. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than five percent of the bid price in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, or bid bond. The project completion date is set for September 30, 2025, with liquidated damages of $150.00 per working day assessed thereafter.
