SUMMARY
Brunswick Regional Water & Sewer (H2GO) is seeking proposals for miscellaneous janitorial services at multiple locations in Leland and Belville, NC, including Cross Creek offices, Maintenance Building, Wastewater Treatment Plant, and Reverse Osmosis Plant. The scope of work covers daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual cleaning tasks such as waste removal, vacuuming with HEPA filter, floor sweeping and mopping, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and steam cleaning carpets. A mandatory pre-proposal site visit is required between April 28, 2025, and May 16, 2025. Proposals are due by May 29, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. The initial contract term is two years with options for three additional one-year renewals.
