The Havre de Grace Housing Authority (HDGHA) Board of Commissioners approved a comprehensive revision of its Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) on 2026-07-13 to implement Sections 102 and 104 of HOTMA and related HUD rules, with a compliance date of July 1, 2025. The updated ACOP covers income and asset rules, verification hierarchy, EIV usage, reexaminations, waiting list management, LEP access, reasonable accommodation, VAWA procedures, and grievance/hearing processes.
