Peace4Kids, a nonprofit serving youth in foster care, is seeking community input on a proposed Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for construction of a guest ranch on a 20‑acre parcel in the Agua Dulce area. The concept includes multiple buildings for overnight accommodations, a permanent caretaker residence, community kitchen and dining areas, flexible meeting spaces, an indoor half basketball court, pool, meditation pavilion, outdoor kitchen, outdoor activity areas, hiking trails, a garden, a small animal habitat, drought‑tolerant landscaping, and a bioretention pond, with access via a 32‑foot private road (Brian Ave). The project is at a planning and community engagement stage, with links to submitted documents on the Town Council website and an agenda item for presentation, input, and potential council action.No vendors are named yet, so design, engineering, environmental, construction, civil sitework, and specialty recreation/facilities providers can still position themselves for involvement as the CUP moves through Los Angeles County processes.
