Pepper Plex renovation project Phase 2, including turfing one softball infield, building a new 1300 sq ft office building, installing a chain link fence along the soccer field road, expanding the main parking lot by 180 limestone spots, creating controlled entry points (A, B, C, D) with fences for security and access control, constructing nearly a mile of new handicap accessible sidewalks, refurbishing an older restroom/concession building, adding three shipping containers for storage, renovating batting cages with a pavilion, netting, lighting, electrical, water, and soft toss stations, upgrading baseball fields 1, 2, 3 and soccer fields B, C to Musco LED lighting with ball trackers and security lighting, establishing an allowance for cross country trail improvements, new parking lot lighting, additional site signage, and a security gate at the Queen City Boulevard entrance. Minor drainage improvements are also included.
