WCUUSD Considers 30-Year Ground Lease With CVCC

Washington Central Unified Union School District is considering voter authorization to enter into a 30-year ground lease with the Central Vermont Career Center School District for property at the U-32 campus to allow construction, operation, and maintenance of CVCC facilities. The lease terms would be defined in a Ground Lease Agreement negotiated by the WCUUSD School Board and presented to voters in November.
