Initial minimum term runs through April 30, 2026, after which the contract can be renegotiated for another term if both parties agree. If terminated by the Town without cause before 37 months have elapsed, the contractor is entitled to three months’ compensation; the contractor may cancel with three months’ notice, and if Council requires immediate vacation during the notice period, three months’ compensation is payable.
