Board seeks $10M multi-year lease authority from GSFIC

The Board of Regents adopted a resolution requesting $10 million in FY 2022 multi-year contract value authority from the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission for office leases. This authority will enable the System to enter multi-year lease agreements of up to 20 years to improve cost efficiency and support its capital liability management plan.
