TUD, Tribal Water Main Expansion Amendment Proposed

Tuolumne Utilities District is considering Amendment #1 to its July 10, 2024 agreement with the Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians for additional construction and transfer of 3,095 linear feet of new 8-inch water pipeline and 900 linear feet of existing private waterline. The Tribe will construct the facilities at its expense to improve fire flow, system resiliency, and support future development before deeding them to the District.
