Initial term runs from 2026-08-24 to 2031-08-24. Unless either party gives written notice at least 60 days before the expiration date that it does not wish to continue, the agreement automatically renews for successive one-year periods. Upon expiration or termination, the Firm may continue pending matters for six additional months and remains entitled to reimbursement of advanced costs whenever recovered.
