Van Wyck extends animal control pact with County

The Town of Van Wyck Council approved Resolution R2026-06 authorizing the Mayor to execute a new intergovernmental agreement with Lancaster County for continued animal control enforcement services. The agreement covers enforcement of Chapter 6 – Animals and Fowl within town limits and replaces an expired prior agreement.
