Snowmass Village has engaged Economic Planning Systems (EPS) to update its employee housing mitigation study, including new generation rates, base metrics, and fee-in-lieu schedules, and to support a regional housing needs assessment with Aspen and Pitkin County. The consulting work will inform future housing policy and action plans required under state law.
