The City of Cheyenne approved Contract Modification #1 to its Memorandum of Understanding with Saddle Ridge, LLC, clarifying responsibilities for land donation and management of non-motorized pathways, parks, and landscape amenities in the Saddle Ridge 7th and 9th Filings. The amendment is supported by Community Facility Fees.
