Orion amends Ridgewood planned unit development agreement

The Charter Township of Orion and Ridgewood Orion LLC executed a First Amendment to their August 6, 2024 Planned Unit Development Agreement for the Ridgewood project, updating the Final PUD Plan to incorporate revised landscaping and photometric drawings. All other provisions of the original agreement remain unchanged, and the developer must record the amendment in Oakland County before permits are issued.
