First year free; annual fee thereafter ($300 per cooperative or $20 per individual library)

Program participation is free in the first year; thereafter, cooperatives may renew annually for a $300 fee covering all member libraries, while individual libraries and consortia may renew for $20 per year. Smaller cooperatives may opt to pay $20 per library if that totals less than $300. Libraries may choose each year whether to continue participation.
