Parish Amends Affordable Housing Agreement With SCRACH

Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government approved a First Amendment to its Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with South Central Regional Affordable Community Housing Authority to adjust income eligibility for first-time homebuyers from 80% to 120% of Area Median Income, with no additional expenditure. The amendment continues SCRACH’s obligation to develop and sell affordable housing units on 600 and 602 Westview Drive under the existing CDBG buyout program terms.
