Initial term is 12 months after the 6/9/2026 service start date, with automatic renewal for consecutive like terms unless the customer notifies BIOWASTE it wishes to discontinue service. After the initial 12-month term, BIOWASTE may impose a price increase not to exceed 3% or $5.00, whichever is greater, with notice via invoice. Customer can cancel service at any time provided all invoices are paid and BIOWASTE property is returned.
