Parish plans right-of-way deal with levee district

St. Mary Parish is introducing an ordinance to authorize a Right-of-Way Agreement with the St. Mary Levee District for a perpetual drainage servitude over Yokely Bayou, also known as the Franklin Drainage District Canal. The agreement will support ongoing construction, maintenance, and operation of the drainage canal.
