This Agreement shall continue in effect from year to year unless and until modified or terminated; either party may terminate upon sixty (60) days’ prior written notice

Agreement is evergreen and continues from year to year until modified or terminated by either party with sixty days’ written notice. Upon termination, students already in clinical experiences may complete their placements under the Agreement. No auto-renewal end date is specified.
