Renewal

Initial term is September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Rockland BOCES may renew for the next school year by notifying the Clarkstown Police Department no later than June 1, 2027. Agreement may be terminated for cause on 90 days’ written notice or without cause on 180 days’ written notice by either party. If the SRO position is vacant, the fee is reduced proportionately for that period.
