County amends Byrne Grant JPA with Saint Paul

The Ramsey County Board approved the first amendment to its joint powers agreement with the City of Saint Paul for administration of the Byrne Grant for the Familiar Faces Program, extending the term through May 31, 2027. The Chair and Chief Clerk were authorized to execute the amended agreement.
